She is survived by: her children, Ian Lachowsky (Katelyn) of Conway and Stormi Warner (Bailey) of Damascus; her stepson Wyatt McHam of Conway; her sisters, Deeann Fleck (Marvin) of El Paso and Debbie Atkinson (Ken) of Conway; and her former husband Joe Lachowsky (MJ) of Conway. She is also survived by step-grandson; and a whole host of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
