He is survived by: his wife Sandra McBay; his son Dr. Billy Reid McBay; his siblings, Randy McBay and Sherry Wylie; his daughters, Teresa Harris and Michelle Russell; and his granddaughter Audrey McBay. He is also survived by several relatives and friends.
