She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph D. Moix and Frances Dumboski Moix; her daughter Christy Ann Nahlen Backy; and her brothers, Clyde Moix, Harry Moix and Robert Moix.
She is survived by: her husband T. J. Nahlen; her sons, Michael Nahlen (Billie) and Kenneth Nahlen (Debbie); her son-in-law Marty Backy; her daughters, Frances Lawson (John) and Phyllis Childers (Tad); her grandchildren, Rick Quattlebaum (Christy), Jeff Quattlebaum (Vicky), Christopher Backy (Lauren), Heather Stock (Lee), Candace Smith (Bruce), Amanda Lawson (Shawn), Austin Nahlen (Samantha) and Baylee Nahlen (Matt Lim); her brothers, Joseph Moix, Richard Moix, Chester Moix and Phil Moix; and her sister-in-law Verena Moix. She is also survived by many other friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Joseph School Endowment in the name of Mary Ann Nahlen.
