Martha Lou (Russell) Williams Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Martha Lou Williams of Conway, Arkansas, who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Ms. Williams served her community as Executive Director of Prescott Housing Authority in Prescott, Arkansas; she also became the first Woman President of the Prescott Kiwanis Club, and stayed local in her business dealings in order to help the community. Ms. Williams was respected for her commitment to residents well being, and for being an upstanding citizen of Prescott. Ms. Marty loved to read as well as camp by herself, She and her loving sister Joyce were members of the local Outdoor women’s club as well, she also loved flower gardening.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Samuel Russell and Bertha Belle Smithpeters; and her son James Carlton McLane; as well as all but 1 of her siblings. She is also survived by 5 loving children, 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and twin great great granddaughters
