He is survived by: his wife LuAnn Stiefvater (Ethridge); his brothers, Ray Stiefvater of Conway and Ralph Stiefvater (Marilyn); his sister-in-law Carol Stiefvater (Conway); his brother Randy; his sister-in-law Jennifer Ethridge; his nieces and nephews, Joey, James, Brian, Alan Stiefvater, Jacob Owens, Tamela Stiefvater, Becca Lauer, JoLynn Moix and Suzanne Wren; and also Fred.
In lieu of flowers the family ask the any contributions be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
