Among his many contributions to advance the Kingdom of God, he helped to found and build New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Stuttgart, Arkansas, where he served as a Sunday School Superintendent for several years, and he worked with the Food Pantry at Central Baptist Church, Conway Arkansas well into his advanced years.
