He was predeceased by: his father Loyd Alton; his sister Jackie Joann Chance (Carter); his son Ritchie Roberts; and his father-in-law Loyd Moffitt. He is survived by: his significant other Gail Carter (Moffitt); his sons, Scotty Roberts (Suzie), Shawn Carter (Ginger) and Shannon Carter (Susie); his sisters, Brenda Tucker (Bobby) and Donna Green (Charlie); his brother-in-law James Chance; and his mother-in-law Mazelle Moffitt (Starr). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
