She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Cleveland Nichols and Josephine Briscoe Nichols; her husband Edwin B. McCaslin; her son R. Scott McCaslin; and her granddaughter Amber McCaslin.

She is survived by: her daughter Ginger Whipple (Michael) of Conway, AR; and her grandchildren, Brandy McCaslin and J. P. Rice. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
