He is survived by: his wife Jane Smith; his children, Sheryl Elizabeth Downey, Steven Wayne Smith, Richard Allen Smith of Glen Smith, JR and Bo Smith; and his siblings, Gary Smith, Johnny Smith, Carl Smith, Marty Smith, Polly Smith Vickers and Lennie Smith. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
