Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Leona Anna Tufts of Conway, Arkansas, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 72, on September 29, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon H. Simpkins and Eleanor Simpkins; her husband Joseph Daniel Tufts; her children, Daniel Joseph Tufts and Louise Francis Tufts; her grandson Vernon Scheetz; and her sisters, Lisa Simpkins and Linda Storer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joanne Hickman and Christina Appley (Thomas); her grandchildren, Lynne Appley, Sophia Gray (William), Chaarlee Hickman, Alan Hickman, Hunter Rainwater, LeDon Appley, Jordan Truman and Adalynn Gray; and her sisters, Charlene Simpkins and Debbie Georgianna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Please be aware, as per Arkansas directives, attendance will be regulated in accordance to Arkansas guidelines, all guests in attendance will be required wear masks/facial coverings and social distancing guidelines will be in place.
She loved to dance and until she was diagnosed with vascular dementia and Alzheimer's disease, she loved living life to the fullest.
