He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Diane Phillips; his father John Kelly Phillips; and his siblings, Elizabeth Anne Strickland, Robert Kelly Phillips and Johnny Lande Phillips.
He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth O'Dell Phillips; his children, Tiffany Sheree Phillips (Ronnie Hogue), Krystin Rena McClellan, Ryan (Shelby), Timothy (Kim) and Spencer Phillips; his stepchildren, Angel Sellers and Jeremy Wood; and his sister Mary Phillips Neff. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
