She is survived by: her children, Lenora Polk-Watson of Conway, Jerome Polk (Connie) of Menifee, AR, Ellehugh Cross (Maxcine) of Conway, AR, Melvin Polk (Sophia) of Conway, AR and Richard S. Lockhart, Sr. of Conway, AR; and her siblings, Gertha Breedlove of Conway, Joy Douglas Fairow, Lisa Brown of Oklahoma, Melvin Breedlove, Sr. of Warren, AR and Floyd Fairow of Stuttgart, AR. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and over 14 great grandchildren.
