It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnnie Francis Owen of Conway, Arkansas, born in North Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on July 16, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert F. Jones and Francis E. Jones; her husband Norman D. Owen; and her brother Ronnie Jones. She is survived by: her children, Tracey Schichtl-Montoto (Fermin) and Bruce Owen; her grandchildren, Destinée Owen, Erika Schichtl, Chelsa De La Riva (Mario), Kenny Schichtl, Ethan Montoto, Rachel Montoto and Isabel Montoto; her great grandchildren, Gabriel Schichl, Nathan Schichtl and Danya De La Riva; and her sister Carol Goff (Larry Don). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
