She was predeceased by : her parents, Sara Johnson Jefferson and Thomas Jefferson. She is survived by : her children, Ella, Albert Perry Criswell, Earl Criswell, Selina Criswell-Boyd, Gloria Criswell-Nzioka, Grover Criswell, Wanda Criswell, Phyllis Metcalf, Nelson Criswell, Hester Criswell and Earnest Criswell; her grandchildren, DeShona Criswell, Earl M. Criswell (Stephanie), Krystle Williams (Daniel), Kimberly Boyd, Esther Nzioka, Victor Nzioka (Danielle), Grover Criswell, Jr., Reginal Kearney, T. Ashley Metcalf (Eric Eno), Dwayne Metcalf (Keilani), Phelisha McArthur (Ricky) and Lisa Nguyen; her nieces, Florence Salton and Emma Barnes; and her cousin Shelby Johnson. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home (910 Walnut St, Conway, AR 72032). A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
