He was predeceased by: his parents, John Powers and Virginia Powers. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Lee Powers (Samantha) of Hollywood, Florida, John Ray Powers (Kathy) of Cypress, Texas and Patricia Keeton (Earl) of Conway; and also, Kari Clement and Jimmy. He is also survived by four nieces, two nephews, a host of extended family and friends.
