He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin V. Beggs, Sr. and Mary Jean Harris Beggs; and his siblings, Martha Clark, Buddy Beggs and Ed Beggs.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Beggs; his daughters, Karla Hayes (Charlie) and Janet Jackson (Robert); his siblings, Norris Beggs (Sharon), Faye Kimsey and Betty Addison (Preston); his grandchildren, Charlotte Adams (Robbie) and David Jackson; and his great grandchild Baylor Adams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
