She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce Wayne Radak. She is survived by: her parent Cristal Newman; her stepfather Jerry Heffington; her daughters, Trinity Radak, Avery Radak and Blaire Radak; and her sisters, Brittany Burrows and Emily Vickers. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cole Funeral Home - Conway (777 Main St, Conway, AR 72032). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Beryl Cemetery (850 US-64, Vilonia, AR 72173).
