He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Whitehead. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his daughters, Olivia (Jessie) and Hannah; and his brothers, David Whitehead (Sarah) and James Mullet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with extended family.
