He is survived by: his parents, David Thomas Perrigo and Sharon Louise Perrigo; his children, Claire Jase and Jaxon Thomas (Lacey Reeves Perrigo); his siblings, Jeremiah Vernon (April Vernon), Sara Hammond, Laurie Perrigo, Tyler Perrigo (Nikki Perrigo), Riley Perrigo-Kelley, Mason Perrigo and Brick Perrigo; his nieces and nephews, McKain, McKayla, Brayden, Bentley, Tristan and Saylor; and his aunts and uncles, Jeff Perrigo, Vickie, Gary Rogers and Debbie Perrigo.
