He was predeceased by: his siblings, Cleo Welch, William Bradley, Jr., Robert Bradley, Marie Stroud Tyler (Welch), Geneva Johnson (Welch), Vernice Welch and Ica Bailey (Bradley).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Welch (Neal); and his children, Ray Welch of Hattieville and Rose Chapman (Lonny) of Alexander. He is also survived by two step-daughters; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
