He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Floyd and Ramona Turinetti. He is survived by: his son Corey Dalma Allen of Conway; his grandchildren, Harriett Bailey, Mark Severns and Andrea Thorn; his wife Laura Allen; his parent Marla Parks (Kenneth) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; his parents-in-law, Michael and Kathleen Page of Conway; his sister-in-law Mary Allen Moreland (Stan); his siblings, Amy Allen, Solomon, Ira Allen of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Aaron Severns of Conway; his nieces and nephews, Abigail Allen of Conway, Mackenzie Beard (Ethan) of Magnolia, Wade, Claire Allen, Violet James, Alexia, Troy, Levi Allgood, Gracie, Bryce Hynum, Paisley, Grayson Page, Asia, Ethan Allen, Blake and Matthias Allen James; and also William "Lynn" Allen (Kimi).
