She was predeceased by: her parents, Bedford Forrest Burleson and Jesse Lee Vickery Burleson; her husband Robert Earl Perrygin; her daughter Patricia Ann Mayberry; her grandson Josh Perrygin; and her siblings, Joyce, Mitt, Maverene, Bud, Gene, Jay and John.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Perrygin of Hot Springs, Sandy Childers of Conway, William Perrygin of Conway and Gina Perrygin of Blytheville; her sister Doris Bowman of Lexington, Tennessee.; and her grandchildren, Levi, Candy, Justin, John Daniel, Pete and Nick. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
