He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Welch and Della Welch; his wife Mary "Louise" Welch; and his daughter Vickie Lee Welch. He is survived by: his children, Randy Welch of Conway, Charlie Welch (Claire) of Sherwood and Valerie Marley (Tommy) of McEwen, TN; and his grandchildren, Brittany Marley (Tomas), Brandon Marley and Taylor Martindale (Matt). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
