He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wallace and Hattie M. Metcalf; his siblings, Robert Metcalf and Georgia Jensen; and his children, Char-Lynn Metcalf and Justin Metcalf.
He is survived by: his wife Alisha Dyane Metcalf (Certain) of Conway; his sons, Joshua Metcalf (Michael Rice) of Conway and Matthew Cory Metcalf (Jessie); his grandchildren, Mariana of Conway, Arkansas and Jackson of Conway, Arkansas; his daughter Tosha Silva of Benton, Arkansas.; his siblings, Jerry of New Edinburg, Bill (Deanna) of Redmond, Betty and Wanda of Durant, Oklahoma.; his adoptive children, Zachary Phillips, Susan Jester (Adam) and Cody Hughes; and his granddaughter Emma Jester. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
