He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Daniel Curtis Sr. and Barbara Bumpus Curtis; and his siblings, Bruce, Conrad, George Curtis, Carol Monroe and Cathleen Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Curtis of Vilonia; his children, Hobart D. Curtis III (Nina) of Vilonia, Greg Curtis (Rachel Buckler) of Vilonia, Peggy Baker (Sammy) of Spring City, TN and Deborah Wright of Vilonia; and his sister Linda Tate of Harriman, TN. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
