He is survived by: his parents, Donna Fay Hawkins and Lionel; his sons, Jacob Smith (Sebrina) and Isaac Smith (Caitlyn); his grandchildren, Jody Smith, Ciara Noel Smith, Levi Zane Smith and Charis Jordyn Smith; and his siblings, Sammy Smith, Nora Simpson (Jim), Marisia Geraci and Robin Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
