She was predeceased by: her parents, Creed L. Bates and Dora Johns Bates; and her brother Harold Bates. She is survived by: her daughters, Gale Allen (Ben) of Conway and Pam House (Jeff) of Rogers, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, Laura Allen, Amy Howell (Dustin), Mallory Roeder (Chip) and Hunter House (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Liam Howell, Hayes Howell, Bryce Howell, Lilah Roeder, Selah Roeder, Elsah Roeder, Axel Roeder, Iris Roeder, Hank House, Duke House and Bill House.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to either the West Memphis First Baptist Church Children's Ministry, Community Bible Study or to the JW Rich Girl's Club in West Memphis.
