She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Cauley and Flora Cauley; her former husband Clifford Horn; her husband William Sanders; her brother Jimmy Cauley; her children-in-law, Debra Crawford Horn and James Hooper; and her grandson John Paul Hooper.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Horn and Sandra Horn Hooper; her brothers, Edwin Cauley and Johnny Cauley; and her grandchildren, Sherry Hooper Allen (Chuck), Christopher Horn, Jennifer Horn McDougald and James "Cliff" Hooper (Linda). She is also survived by her 13 great-grandchildren.
