He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Sayger and Dorothy Turley; his daughter Kara Sayger; and his brothers, Mike Sayger, Robert Sayger and Troy Sr..

He is survived by: his wife Mary Sayger; his daughter Kathleen Winstead; his stepsons, Clyde Jr., Guy Harris (Tonya) and Logan Harris (Jacquline); and his siblings, Bill Sayger, Sam Sayger (Virginia) and Juanita Crawford (Terry). He is also survived by three grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, a great grandchild, and four step-greatgrandchildren.
