He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Havens and Delores Havens; and his siblings, Mary, Colleen, John, Ed, Jim and Doug.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Havens; and his stepson Rick (Beth Rogers). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
