He is survived by: his wife Paulette "Polly"; his children, Tina Burkett (Stephen), Greg Davis (Jo Ann) and Bill Lindsey; his sister Judy Tedford; his niece Melinda Selby; and his pet Libbi Lu. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers, it is requested that a contribution be made to the Alzheimer Association or to the charity of your choice.
