He was predeceased by: his parent Willie Charles Bailey. He is survived by: his mother Lucy Lee Allen Baliey; his wife Jalisha Vandiver-Bailey; his sons, Quentin Bailey and Timothy Bailey; and his siblings, Edward Arnold, Darinda Smith and Ann Alexander.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Henson-Holcomb Mortuary (3804 W 14th Ave, Pine Bluff, AR 71603). The lying in state was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the New Morning Star Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
