She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Albert and Ozena Houston Albert; her husband L. B. Collins; and her son Robert W. Collins. She is survived by: her children, Jay Collins (Susan) of Conway, David Collins (Cindy) of Pottsville, Larry Collins (Vera) of Fort Smith, Sherrie Hartzell (Lloyd) of Conway and Angela Collins of Hot Springs; and her daughter-in-law Sherri Collins of Russellville. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
