He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Frederick Smith and Laura LaYoan Smith; and his siblings, William, Charles Robert, David, Clarence Jr. and Dorothy Henderson.
He is survived by: his son Michael Ray Smith of Conway; his siblings, Norman Smith of Florida, Butch Smith of Evansville, IN, Katherine Morgan of Evansville, IN and Joyce LaValle of Evansville, IN; and his grandchildren, Gregory Smith, Anthony Preston and Kimberly Preston.
