He is survived by: his son Jim Lay (Crystal) of Justin; his stepchildren, Tim Ragland (Leslie) of Conway, Michelle O'Neill of Conway and Tamra Alexander of Conway; his grandchildren, Brodie Lay, Ayden Burciaga, Ashley Echols, Austin Duncan, Addison O'Neill, Justin Cockrum, Keli Cockrum, Sarah Craven, Abigail Dycus, David Ragland and Jesse Ragland; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Haeleah, Hannah, Everly, Emma, Lyla, Robert Clell, Lillian and Gracie; and his friends, Donna Walker and Danielle Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
