He is survived by: his children, Lacey Chapman (Clint) of Greenbrier, AR and Brandon Leadtka (Tammie) of Conway, AR; and his grandchildren, Loren Chapman, Hunter Chapman, Jackson Chapman, Jacob Leadtka and Jazmyne Leadtka. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
