He was predeceased by: his mother Ernestine Zimmerebner Hum; and his son Randall David. He is survived by: his father John F. Hum, Jr.; his wife Charlsie Johnson Hum; and his siblings, Vickey Metrailer (Jim) and Pat (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
