He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Azel Midkiff and Barbara Jean Brunty Midkiff; his son Brandon Clay Midkiff; and his siblings, Bill Midkiff and Deanne Midkiff.
He is survived by: his daughter Aubrey Lynn Waldron; his sisters, Brenda Sue Odom (Rob Thomas) and Teri Jo Rivers (Carl); and his granddaughters, Isabella and Lilly DeRigo. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
