He was predeceased by: his wife Gail; and his grandchildren, Lauren Dunn and Clayton Otwell. He is survived by: his children, Ted Duncan (Dayna) of Maumelle, Mitch Duncan (Lori) of Springdale, Danette Dunn (Craig) of Conway and Sandra Duncan-Reese (Chris) of Conway; and his siblings, Janis Lindley, Ann Wood (Jim), Wayne Duncan (Linda) and Larry Duncan (Sharon). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
