Frances Kelly Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2020, at the age of 92, Frances Kelly of Conway, Arkansas, born in Bluff City, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Benjamin and Pattie Otwell Norman; her husband James Howard Kelly; and her siblings, Mildred Slayton Ferguson, Patsy Norman, A. G. Norman and L. C. Norman.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Kelly (Brenda) and Dianne Slayton (Joel); her sister Virginia Little; her grandchildren, Joey Slayton (Connie), Amy South (Ben), Rachel Clark (Kevin), Erin Terry (Paul) and Lindsay Bounds (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Casey, Candyce, Connor, Claire, Christopher, Caroline, Chloe, Paige, Wesley, Timothy, Ian, Rett, Easton, Christin and Chase.
