He is survived by: his wife Linda Ballard of Conway; his children, Carol Deason of Robertsville and Richard Ballard of Independence; his grandchildren, Jonathon, Joshua Deason, Dean, Logan, Carson and Jenna Ballard; and his sister Jeanne. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
