She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Hammond of Russellville, AR; her sister Wanda Milburn of Dardanelle, AR; and her grandchildren, Jim Hammond of Russellville, AR and Lisa Lea of Pottsville, AR. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
