She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Starkey and Edith M. Adcock Starkey; her husband Robert Herzer (Bob); and her son Jessie Dalton Herzer (J. D.). She is survived by: her son Larry Herzer; her sister Evelyn Starkey Burnett; and her sisters-in-law, Janelle Starkey, Bettye Starkey and Glenna Starkey. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
