She is survived by: her children, Angela Phillips and Frank Barfield (Kay); her grandchildren, Delisha Perez, Angela Benight, Kim Barfield and Michelle Aaron; and her siblings, Everet Head (Virginia), Evelyn Gammel and Patricia Townsend (Garth). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
