She was predeceased by: her parents, C. O. Walley and Hazel Margaret Walley (Weaver); her husband James N. Bennett; her daughter Margaret Reinold; her stepdaughter Mary Beth Doppslaff; her brother Jimmy Walley; and her grandson Jake Spivey.

She is survived by: her son Robert D. Spivey III (Cindy); her son-in-law Jim Reinold; her stepdaughters, Charlotte Wilcoxson (Rod) and Amy Bennett Norton (Stan); her sister Linda McKenzie; her grandchildren, Dawn Bramlett (Bucky), Laine Taylor (Ronnie), Josh Sweetin (Marin), Taylor Sweetin (Paige), Megan Cowling and Kaitlin Cowling; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Lily, Braden, Briggs, Tate and Quinn.
