He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Scroggin and Grace Scroggin; and his son Michael Scroggin. He is survived by: his wife Doris Scroggin; his sons, Preston Scroggin (Missy), Eric Scroggin and Glen Willhite; his niece Joan Pillow (David); his cousin Jerry Scroggin; his granddaughter Morgan Mohon (Jesse); and his great grandchild Audie Jean Mohon.
