He is survived by: the mother of his children Sharon Perrigo; his children, Jeremiah Vernon (April Vernon), Sara Hammond (Darrell Thomas), Laurie Perrigo (Brett Creswell), Tyler Perrigo (Nikki Perrigo), Riley Perrigo, Mason Perrigo and Brick Perrigo; his grandchildren, McKain, McKayla, Brayden, Bentley, Claire Jase, Jaxson, Tristan, Saylor, Beckett and Jase; his great grandchildren, Jaxon and Slayde Hammond; his nieces and nephews, Courtney, Chad, Allison, Alex, Justin and Korall; his siblings, Jeff Perrigo and Debbie Perrigo; and his close friend Joe Adkisson.
