He was predeceased by: his parents, George Armstrong and Carol Ervin; and his sister Roberta Holmes Oldaker. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Cunningham and Barbara Schnieder; his children, Derik Armstrong (Hollie) and Emily Armstrong; and his grandchildren, Josiah Armstrong, Asher Armstrong-Draper, Abbigail Armstrong and Leah Armstrong. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
