She was predeceased by: her parents, Ron Walls and Shirley Walls. She is survived by: her sisters, Michele Walls (Phil Strassle) and Julie Milligan (Phillip); and her nephew Carter Milligan. She is also survived by cousins, friends.

In her memory, the family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Lone Star Doberman Rescue https://www.lonestardobermans.org, a cause that was close to Cindy's heart.
