He was predeceased by: his brother Zachary Osborne; his grandparents, Shira Osborne, Harry Alvis and Kay Osborn; and his great-grandparents, Heartsill, LaVerne Gilbert, Marvin and Daisy Osborn.
He is survived by: his close friends, Spay and Neuter Clinic; his parents, Karen Burgess (Louis) of Conway and Mickey McMickle of Little Rock; his grandparents, Ann Alvis of Russellville, Freddy Osborn of Russellville and Jerry Osborne (Barbara) of Batesville; his siblings, Kevin Burgess (Mallory) of Conway, Kaylon Burgess (Brittni) of Missouri, Alex Burgess of Conway and Karissa Helm (Zach) of Missouri; and his daughter Emaleigh Tiara Ann. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and many friends.
